Giá căn hộ giảm 8% so với quý 4/2013

Theo báo cáo của Savills về tình hình thị trường bất động sản quý 1/2014,  và biệt thự, liền kề đều có doanh số bán ra giảm.
Tại Hà Nội, tỷ lệ hấp thụ căn hộ trong quý 1 tại thị trường sơ cấp giảm 1%. So với ba tháng cuối năm 2013,tổng lượng căn hộ bán được giảm 6%, giá bán cũng giảm 8%, còn bình quân 24,5 triệu đồng/m2.
Căn hộ hạng A giảm 4%, hạng B giảm 3% và hạng C giảm 7%.
Tương tự, thị trường biệt thự, liền kề trong quý 1 vẫn khá trầm lắng. Giá chào bình quân của toàn thị trường giảm
3% đối với biệt thự và 2% với liền kề. Biệt thự tại Cầu Giấy giữ giá cao nhất, với mức trung bình 133 triệu
đồng/m2, tiếp đến là Từ Liêm, Tây Hồ với mức trung bình 91-104 triệu đồng/m2.
